• We accept various payment methods, including UPI, cards, wallets, and COD (with ₹50 advance).
• KartStore reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in case of pricing errors or payment issues.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are processed in 1–2 business days and delivered within 3–7 business days.
• We ship only within India.
• Free shipping on orders above ₹999; ₹49 shipping fee for orders below that.

6. Returns & Refunds

• Returns are accepted only for damaged or incorrect items.
• Requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing video.
• Approved refunds are issued to the KartStore Wallet only.

7. User Conduct

• You agree not to use our site for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
• You must not transmit malware, spam, or harmful content.

8. Intellectual Property

• All content, logos, images, and design elements are the intellectual property of KartStore.
• Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

• KartStore is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from product use, delivery delays, or website access.
