• We reserve the right to modify product prices or descriptions without notice.

💳 3. Orders & Payments

• Orders are accepted once payment is confirmed.
• For orders below ₹999, a shipping charge of ₹49 is applicable.
• Prepaid and COD (Cash on Delivery) options are available based on your location and product availability.
• An advance of ₹50 may be required to confirm COD orders.

🚚 4. Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
• Delivery time is usually 3–7 business days, depending on the delivery location.
• Shipping is available only within India.

🔁 5. Returns & Refunds

• Returns are accepted only for damaged or incorrect items.
• Customers must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing video.
• Refunds, if applicable, are issued to the KartStore Wallet as store credit only.(Read our full Return & Refund Policy for more details.)

⚠️ 7. Limitation of Liability

• KartStore is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from delays, product misuse, or third-party services.
• In case of disputes, our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.
