🕒 Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Order processing takes place from Monday to Saturday (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
Once your order is placed, you will receive an Order Confirmation Email.

🚚 Shipping Time & Delivery

Delivery time may vary depending on your location but generally takes 3–7 business days.
KartStore offers pan-India shipping.
Deliveries in remote or rural areas may take slightly longer.

💰 Shipping Charges

We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹999.
For orders below ₹999, a standard shipping charge of ₹49 will be applied.

📦 Order Tracking

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a Tracking Number via email or SMS.
You can use this number to track your order in real time.

🚫 Delivery Issues

If your product is damaged during delivery or if you receive the wrong item, please email us within 48 hours at support@kartstore.in.
We will do our best to provide a replacement or refund as per our Return Policy.

🌍 International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within India. International shipping is not available at this time.
